Not sure if I have the right forum.  Trying to do this before I have to go outside to plant trees.  This is my contribution to this years easter dinner.  Traditional and guacamole deviled eggs.  Pretty tasty!guacamole deviled eggs.JPG

They look great! I think a better forum would be one of the Social ones, like Egg, Chicken and other Recepes

Chickens sure are fun!

Do you want to share your recipe for your guacamole eggs?

I make my salsa from scratch and add that to mashed avacados...lots of garlic.  I cooked the eggs, put the yolks through a fine sieve to make them fluffy and mixed just short of equal parts guacamole and yolks together.  (light on the guac). then added enough mayo to make the proper consistency.  Salt and pepper to taste, stuff the eggs and sprinkle with just a little chili powder.  If you want a more detailed one, I could probably come up with it, but don't have time today.  Enjoy!

Oooo. I'm from Texas originally and your version of deviled eggs soothes my Tex Mex craving.

What's the recipe?droolin.gif

I'm a college student working on a second degree (French Secondary Ed) that's married to a great wife.  We have ducks, a red star hen, 26 Freedom Rangers, 3 ducks and 5 pygmy goats!  There is always something interesting going on!
