Don't be nervous.  Just slip that one 36 hour one out and chip away a little shell.  Take a peek inside with a flashlight.  If you can take a pic that would be awesome too.  ;)

Okay I pulled away the pip part and I was greeted by a beeping bill! So I put the baby back in the bator! Now what!!! Do I need to keep opening the hole?

open the hole up just a little bit more.

thepart of the shell covering the air cell will not have any veins.

so you can remove some of it.

enough so that you can see inside the shell so you can see if there is shrink wrapping.

you dont have to remove quite that much, but i knew theres guys were stuck.

this is only the part covering the air cell removed.

but make sure you keep the membrane moist using qtips and warm water.

(luckily i take picturees of everything so i can show you what qj and i are talking about as we go =)   )
