Does this change the eggs in anyway?  I have never heard of freezing raw eggs before. 

Is great to use for baking or cooking, I sometimes separate the yolks and whites in ice cube trays, then transfer to a LABELED baggie. You cant fit a whole egg in a normal size cube, ulness you buy bigger ones.

I bag up 6 in a baggie and take about 10 bags to my Friday evening meeting and give them to my friends. They love them!
