Can you freeze jelly beans? - Page 35

I've not read the whole thread...but Sourlands "harvesting jellybeans" got my

quick attention.

If there is a jellybean plant, I want them. Lots of them...Oh, and brownie bushes.

And ding-dong trees...And a tasty donut plant.

What a wonderful garden I would have...

Shall I tell him or does someone else want to?

When evaluating data one should always consider the source and remember, no one wants to make illegal that which he wants to do.

As Imp's family photo shows, jelly beans grow in a fashion similar to peanuts with the beans forming on the roots.  Care must be taken to not harvest before the plant dies or the sugar content will be too low.  The big problem is locating a source of 'jelly bean sets'.  The commercial growers pretty much have a lock on the market.  barnie.gif

C'mon, Spook, there are no brownie bushes or ding dong trees.  lau.gif  I have seen photographs of a donut plant.  clap.gif

love.gif Spook,

I would share my jellybeans with you... if I had any left...

Thank You, Blue...

SOME people don't seem to understand the Spook.

But ...like you said, there never seems to be any "leftover"

jellybeans.

And I'm pretty sure they don't last long enough to get frozen.

Ohhh,

I forgot, I did freeze 5 jellybeans for my experiment.  Spook, they are all yours...

If Spook doesn't want them, I'll provide a home.  wee.gif

I believe it is improper English to use the word "extra" in the same sentence with "jelly beans" unless you include the word "don't" or a similar disclaimer. smile.png

Sour, you were not very nice to Queen Em... and then there's the incident where you laughed AT your wife.  I'm not sure that you are deserving of my jellybeans...

I honor and respect Queen Em bow.gif bow.gif bow.gif, but some opportunities are just to good to pass up.  As far as laughing at my wife, that was a spontaneous reaction - ya had to be there - the look on her face, the sticky trap with dead snake on her hand, the profanity issuing from this very moral lady--- gig.gif lau.gif gig.gif

All a mistake, never to happen again.  Now can I have those jellybeans? droolin.gif
