Showing off my new babies (pic HEAVY!)

Just wanted to share some pictures of my new babies. From my first incubator hatch I had 3 blue orpington and 4 welsummer eggs hatch (eggs I bought from a seller here at BYC). I also got a 16 chicks (a variety of breeds) from Myer Hatchery. The first pics are birthday pics and the next are pics from yesterday when they moved into the coop:)

aww they grow up so fast!

 

6 Chickens!!  Silkie, 2 mutts, 2 Seabrights, and a Easter Egger

I love my Buff Brahmas!  There always seems room for more :)

4 Buff hens, 2 light Brahma hens, 1 Rooster, countless chicks, 3 EE's, 6 Buff Laced Brahmas 5 GLB, a flock of silkies........ and more on the way :)

You'll have lots of eggs by fall. Lovely fuzzies.  Congrats!

Married to the old dude, 0 human kids, 2 horses, 10 cockatiels, 2 parakeets, 1 sun conure, 1 amazon parrot,  1 eccentric peacock, 1 gsd, 1 pet terrapin, 1 Blue Copper Maran rooster, and 14 world famous Jersey Giants!

Awwwwwww...........they're so cute. I was wondering what size and brand your chicken coop is because it looks VERY similar to mine. Mine is 4x6 with a 7.5 x 7.5 run. Did I mention, YOUR CHICKS ARE SO CUTE?!!?

 How old were your chicks when you moved them into the coop?

aww...pardon my newbie-ness but what are the little reddish brown chicks?  They look like they are going to be pretty!

Liz, wife, mom to 4 boys and  "food lady" to a mix of mostly Ameraucanas & EE's with a few oddball breeds for fun. :)
