3 pk egg didn't hatch but were formed, Help

 4 peacock egg have 10 or more eggs still in incubator but they aren't making it to hatch day. The last was really big. They were all completely formed good air sacs. Am I not turning them enough? Not good temp? Please help. they are in a hova bator.

are you using a  turner ?  place eggs on side turn about every 4 hour......raise humidity the lst 3 days

 

 

if still air (no fan) temp top of egg 101
