Duck egg cartons

I'm on my last few cartons and in a panic.   Eggcartons.com is out of stock and they have no idea when they might (if ever) get them in again.

 

Does anyone know another source for duck egg cartons???

 

Any ideas how else to package them for sale if I can't find any?

 

 

 

Mom of 7 plus 2 miniature horses, a Husky, a Chihuahua, 4 doz+ chickens, 3 pekin ducks, & quail

I just use regular size cartons, then rubber band them shut. idunno.gif

Friends give me the eighteen egg cartons and by loading them diagonally I can at least get nine eggs in them.  Sometimes all eighteen.

 

 

Nine beautiful Runners, four beautiful Buffs, thousands of beautiful memories and counting.

 

Looking for ducks?  Please consider adopting rescued ducks.  There are many places and people who do rescues, but we are not allowed to post the links due to BYC regs.  So fire up your web browsers and find some sweet, grateful duckies.

P.S.

You said you were on your last few...Do your customers not return the cartons? Mine are really good about returning them, but if yours aren't, maybe you should put a deposit on the cartons.. like there is for pop cans smile.png

We use Jumbo cartons for our duck eggs, they fit just fine.

I sell mostly at markets so probably half of my customers I will never see again.  I can't sell eggs in used cartons per law.  I do refill friends cartons when they bring them back :)

 

I'll order some jumbo cartons and try those. 

 

I can't believe there are no other sources for duck egg cartons.

Yea, I looked on ebay.  There's just one listing and it's for only 12 cartons for almost $20 with  shipping ep.gif

go to tractorsupply.com and search carton and they are selling them for $ .29
