My leghorn is one month and 3 weeks now ..

My leghorn is 7 weeks now .. should i change the feeds now? or stay on starter crumble? till how many weeks ? thank you in advance

Most starter is designer to feed until 18 weeks.

Im using starter crumble that meant for my cornish x rock :) .. someone told me that i need grower because its over 6 months .. im a little bit confused :(

i thought they stayed on chick crumbles until they started to lay??

Chick starter such as:  Purina Start and Grow and Dumor are designed to be fed until the bird is 18 weeks old.  I'm a little confused, what is over 6 months? 

 

You can also use Flock Raiser for all ages of birds safely.  I've seen grower feed but have never known anyone who used it, sorry.
