I have a silkie laying on 3 eggs

2 have large air pockets in them,does that mean the embryo died,the other, i can not see anything at all,and i hear no chirping..The eggs i have under her,where put under her at different times,so i dont know when they are due to hatch,but the 2 ones im pretty sure are no good..am i correct/?

Thanks,but the air pockets are huge and off to the side,bot on top.I dont think they are any good,i dont see how a chick could even move around in it..thanks for that great link..

Low humidity can cause larger air sacs. Alot of my eggs often have the air sac

slanted quite a bit, extending from the fat end down the side of the egg, and they

were fine. Don't give up on them unless the air sac is completely dislocated from

the fat end of the egg -  which may be what you are describing. Judging by mass,

how old do you think these eggs are?

Im not quite sure,i will wait til the weekend,and i guess i will have to get rid of them.
