Description:  I have hatching eggs ready to ship - neither of my next two folks on my list is quite ready, and I hate to pitch these eggs!  My male is a blue, and has won BV at an APA show.  I have four black females, a blue, and a splash (the blue and splash are both Maria Hall line, the others are a mix of several proven winning lines, and are all out of class champions).  One of my black females won BV, BB, and Reserve Champion American at a large APA show last fall.

I guarantee that I will do all I can to get these eggs shipped out safely, but cannot guarantee anything further once they leave my farm.  Hatchability has been great here on the farm, and I check eggs weekly and have not seen one that wasn't fertile, so you should do really well!  I recently heard back from a BYC-er who I shipped 9 eggs to - he indicated that 8 were developing, and he wasn't completely sure the 9th wasn't, so they are shipping really well!

You will not be disappointed with these birds; if you have gotten stock from me before this year, they are from birds that I no longer have.  I sold off my entire flock & basically started fresh with this line - I am so very pleased with them, and feel honored to have them on my farm.  I will continue breeding this line, culling heavily, and working toward the SOP, always!

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for looking!  (I do not have a ton of pictures of my birds, as I lost my digital camera recently - I actually just got a new one, and am waiting for the memory card to arrive; then I'll be able to get updated pictures of my stock.)

Pictures - these were taken of my current stock at 19-20 weeks:

Some of the hens make excellent broodies - gentle, no hysterics, no pecking when you check eggs (at least in my experience!):

Too broke to bid right now barnie.gif, but just wanted prospective bidders to know that I received some eggs from Wynette last year and her packing is the best of any shipped eggs I ever received. Absolutely bomb proof packing and a super nice seller.

Good luck to whoever wins these!

Edited to say.....

I HATE this new auction format. I got all excited over an auction that was already over. I feel old. sad.png
