If your duckling has an orange bill like Kevin's Runner then it's very unlikely to be silvers have a blue bill (though it may start out pink and go blue over the first week).

Pete's mom, that you are describing doesn't sound like Swedish.

 

Swedish, even the pale silver splash color will have an obvious round white spot on the chest. The splash and silver Swedish are very much not yellow in appearance.

 

Without seeing a photo, It sounds to me like you got Pekin. They are yellow, but not a clear yellow, and have orange feet and bill.
