Roo's or pullet's Silkies

I have a buff silkie that is about 7-8 months, i always thought it was female but her comb has recently been getting larger. She has not laid yet or crowed....i also have 3 chicks that seem to male but not sure. :(

leaning towards pullet

Wait which ones are cockerals and pullets?  lol

1st one is a cockerel for sure with the streamers coming from the crest, the size and width of the 2nd one makes me say cockerel, 3rd is a bit harder for it has a straight comb but it looks more like a pullet, and the 4th im iffy on but leaning more towards pullet

Well the first one (oldest one)  laid an egg....sooooo i'm pretty sure its a pullet.
