Top of upper beak broken

My chicken has somehow managed to break the top of her upper beak off. It's close to her comb and is not bleeding. The rest of her beak farther out is fine. She can eat and drink normally. What should I do?

Is it snapped off, or cracked? There are quite a few threads on here about broken beaks. Some people have splinted them somehow, some have just let them be. Can you get a picture?

It's completely snapped off just on top. My computer searches must be bad because I could only find posts about the whole beak missing or just the tip. This is about a quarter of an inch just on top close to the comb. Let me see is I can post a picture.

So the top is still attached, but broken at the top? Can she eat?

There was a recent post- within the last week I think- of a top beak broken completely through (about halfway down). I think the owner just left it.

Yes, she can eat and drink. It doesn't appear to be getting any worse so I guess I'll leave it alone. Thanks for your response.
