thanks for the reply. I had unstable temp and humidity, so someone replied suggesting i add water bottles. I must have misundertood.
My temp is now stable, but humidity is not. Its an octagon 10 i have. It has two water troughs and says to get 50%, add water to one trough and cover one of the two vent holes. This doesnt create enough humidity though.
The idea of putting in wet cloth or sponges - where do i put them? In the trough surely wont make a difference? If not there, will it not be resting up against the eggs when i put them in?
If i put water in both troughs and shut both vents, then how will i get the humidity high for the later part of the eggs development?
