I am not a new member, but a member that has not been active in a very long time.  It sure is good to be back!  I need some information from a good source on how Guinea Fowl Eggs form in the ovary of the female as well as how old Guineas are when they start laying?  Please help me out if you can folks.  I will touch base back later!

A bird in the hand ....Hello,

I am a new member who will be raising both guineas and chickens. I hope that they get along. lol. I expect to be thrilled with the prospect of bug control and egg production from both species.

Here are some pics of our new crew.

We (HPBAA) are looking for members with Guineas to show off!  Sounds like you may be that person?  Interested?  Check us out on the web at Heritage Poultry Breeders Association of America or just type in HPBAA.  Love to hear from you!  I love baby guineas!  They  are so full of energy compared to a baby chick!
