What do you think?  Slightly feathered feet.  :)

Sure looks like one from this angle!

It's the shape that makes the breed, and the color that makes the variety.

It almost looks like it would be a Ameraucana mixed with Brahma.

OMG it's ADORABLE!

I have five hens and two pullets- one seven year old red star, Luna, one white leghorn, Sage, one SLW, Pepper, one adorable fluffy EE, Bedazzle, and one black star, Buckbeak. My two pullets are Nutella, my wheaten marans, thirty five weeks, (who is yet to lay an egg!), and her best friend, Sammy, seventeen weeks.

It would likely be an Ameraucana mix - I can see tail feathers in the second picture, though she's holding them down at a pretty steep angle. Additionally, Araucana have tufts, not the poofy cheek "muffs" that Ameraucana and the more common Easter Eggers have. Pretty, pretty bird either way!

The remaining 6 of my original 7 barred rocks are 3yrs old and happily divided between a friend and my mom.
Laying: 2 Partridge Rocks, 1 Columbian Wyandotte and 2 Black Australorps. 14 weeks: 3 bantam Araucana.
Cowed to chicken math and sharing my bedroom with 8 BBS Ameraucana mixes.
