Setting my first hatch in my brand new incubator. I will be setting about 20 eggs in my custom made incubator. Just heated it up this evening and doing all the usual prep before setting eggs. I will be hatching a dozen Lemon Cuckoo Orpingtons and 8 of my own they are a cross between a Wheaton Ameracauna rooster by a Black Australorp/Buff Orpington hen. So, any tips for a great hatch rate would be great.

As of right now I'm down to a Wheaton Ameracauna Rooster and a mixed hen who puts the breakfast on the table (she is really over worked). Also got a min. Schnauzer named Sebastian.
