Gender guess on my feather leg EE.

I had been wonderin about his colorin. The other 2 are brown and grey. I was hopin it was just cuz they were brown chicks and he was yellow. Guess i better be thinkin of a better name since Gypsy is no longer gonna work lol.

I see two things. The coloring is one. Check for the thread on sexing easter eggers by color. The splotchy coloring with reddish patches on the wings is a sign of a boy. It's not as obvious here, but it's there. Second is the legs. They are quite thick, pullets as a rule have thinner, more delicate legs. Occasionally you have a hen with tree trunk legs, but it's not common. And you don't tell her about it, you'll hurt her hen feelings

Haha Thanks. I am so bad at this... I am wrong on every picture. Guess I need to keep buying chicks until I figure it out.

Im pretty awful at it too. Hopefully this one will turn out to be a nice roo or at least one that leaves ya alone so maybe I can rehome him. Not sure about how well EEs work as meat birds so it would prolly be better to find him somewhere else to go, right?

How can you tell? I'm glad it looks like a pullet, though. I was hoping my GLW was a pullet too, but people say its not. What do you all think?

Mine is lookin like a roo because of the dark red/mahogany feathers on the wing bows. Plus the comb is starin to get pink. Yours GLW looks like a roo because of the pink comb.
