Night time....

Do you close up your coop at night, or leave it open.  (If you have a fully enclosed run.)

Mama to 4 humans and a whole lot of critters.  3 Reds, 1 Turken, 1 Delaware, 1 Golden Lakenvelder, 1 Silkie, 2 dogs, 2 rabbits, and 1 very ornry Cockatoo.

I have no illusions about the security of a fence versus a hungry raccoon, and they get bolder once the sun goes down. Always lock up the coop and you'll never have to face heartbreak in the morning.

I lock up my coop at night. I don't want to take any chance of animals getting in.
