Mail Order in Uk?

Do you get hatcheries in the UK that do mail order chicks and other poultry the same as in the US like Cackle? smile.png

The Birds; Pair Salmon Faverolles, Cochin xs, black rock hen, pair of saxonys, quartet of white campbells, pair blue bibbed call ducks, 1 khaki campbell, 1 rouen(mix), 1 bali runner, 4 cross ducks, 2 cross drakes, pair of welsh harlequin, trio bronze turkeys, trio embden geese, pair gold dutch bantams, 7 cochinx chicks.

 

In the Bator; 1 lavender araucana, 3 cream legbar, 4 lavender pekin, 6...

I am sure UK hatcheries will ship their chicks in their country or nearby countries if they indicated they ship outside of England like Scotland, Wales and Ireland. All you need to do is to contact them.

 

For our US hatcheries to ship chicks to UK or other foreign countries, no, they do not ship.

There should be some breeders in UK that sell chicks and hatching eggs.

Proud owner of a flock of bantams and a few standard chickens.

 

Capri & Venus are my breeding pair of Porcelain D'uccle Bantams.

Whereabouts in the UK are you? There are loads of breeders around the UK selling just about any breed you want!

 

www.preloved.co.uk has lots of adverts on it. Just put in your nearest town/city and search for the breed you want, and some adverts should come up. It depends on how rare to breed is.

Thank you everyone for the help smile.png I'm on the west coast of scotland so it would be Inverness and around that area that I'd be looking but not as far east as Aberdeen. I'll take a look at the links, thank you smile.png

I have already contacted that breeder and a few others around Inverness but a lot either dont have the birds I'm looking for and as with this breeder, a lot have lost nearly all their stock to predators sadly hmm.png But thank you for sending me the link and taking the time to look for it for me smile.png

We don't have hatcheries like the US, which IMHO is a good thing.   What breeds are you looking for and I can maybe help you source some? 

Count the campfires by glowing flames, never by the ashes that fall. Count your days by the golden hours, don't remember clouds at all. Count the nights by stars, not by shadows. Count your life by smiles, not by tears. And with joy on every birthday, count your age by friends-not years.
