Can anyone tell me what kind of chicken this white one is, and what sex? I'm thinking its aout 4.5 months old.
new to raising chickens... What kind of chicken do I have?

Looks like some kind of Barred Rock cross or a Delaware cross to me.

its a rooster agree with a delaware cross..

A nice big rooster. His hens next to him, their combs are like 3 times as small as his, as for the wattles also. And notice his tail feathers, those nice big rounded ones are sickle feathers. Only roosters have those.

Oh ok... Thank you very much for the explanation. I was hoping it would start laying soon, but since she is a he, that might complicate things.
He rather looks like the pix I have been seeing of Columbian Rock roosters in the research I've been doing in trying to determine my little Columbian Rock's gender...but I'm new to chickens, so the others may be seeing something I'm missing.

I also agree with you, Thinking it's Delaware/Colombian Rock, but both breeeds have yellow shanks, this guy has pink shanks. So I'm guessing a mix between..

Thank you. And yes they are very curious. The Rooster definitely keeps his distance from me, but some of the others are much calmer. I know some are RIR's but as for all the others I'm not sure.
