. We did have one that made it out but passed away sadly and another that unfortunately had a crossed beak that was so bad that it couldn't even open its mouth... I didn't know that could even happen and i have to say that having to cull a chick from our first batch was one of the most terrible things i've ever had to do; but, there was no way i could even feed it with a medicine dropper and i couldn't bring myself to just let him starve to death. Rest in peace little chick you were so cute and loved though your time here was very short.
