How Old Is Too Old

I have a friend who is bringing  me two dozen goose eggs,

The oldest ones are atleast a week old ,

How old is too old too incubate?

Mom of 6 kids,Grandma of two,1 VERY understanding husband, 1 dog,4 Cats, 25 ducks, 40+ Silkie Chickens 4 Chinese Geese and 6 Sebastopols..... Goose & Silkie eggs in the incubator...Ha,Ha,Ha

Only a week old, I'd go for it!  Main thing is that they did not get to HOT or chilled.  They say the recommended temp to keep fertile eggs unitl setting or incubating is between 55 and 60 degrees F.  Good Luck!
