I've currently got some Chukars and Ringneck Pheasant eggs that are due to hatch in about a week, and was wondering what some of your opinions are for what size growout cage to put them in. From what I understand, its OK to have phesant and chukar living together as long as theyve been together since chicks, let me know if you've done this successfully or not. All the birds are either going to be sold or harvested for their meet, so their stay in this pen will only be short term. Ill hopefully have 20 birds total at most by the time the growout pen is to be needed, 10 chukar and 10 pheasant, give or take a few of either. I also plan to make this an off ground wire floor pen. Thanks in advance for any opinions or advice.
