Buttercups or Golden Penciled Hamburgs??

Does anyone know how to tell the difference? The breeder is no help - he told me they were New Hampshires!! They have green legs and the comb - well, it's either a buttercup or a rose comb, I can't tell? I'll try to get a closer picture of the comb. I love their eyeliner, though! So cute.

the buttercup comb will look like 2 single combs side by side, the rose comb will be flat

He says she is a golden penciled hamburg:

and even further, is that the pullet coloring of both breed is EERILY SIMILAR. Which is why I'm so confused. :)

You have buttercups, and so does the fellow of the adult hens pictured above.  Hamburg's have rose combs.  

 Silver Ameraucanas, Blue Bredas, Partridge Chanteclers, and Bantam Spangled Russian Orloffs.
