Oyster shell and hatching eggs

I have found that I must feed oyster shell or my eggs are very weak walled and break or crack easily.  Will this have any effect on my hatch rate when I am hatching eggs from these birds?

It shouldn't. The oyster shell makes a weak egg shell about normal strength, not titanium strength. You are adding calcium to the diet, which the growing chick will need.
