Appearance: Startling, yet entrancing blue eyes, framing jet-black hair, tipped in crimson at the ends. She has ashen skin, and never wears shoes.
Personality: Her snappy attitude was made up by her parents and siblings, by the way they treated her as a child. She's very emotionally distraught, but remains calm in encounters with cops or other people. Her lack of speed makes it harder to pick-pocket people, but once she's caught up to them, they don't even notice they'd been stolen from. Her quietness allows her anger and stress to bubble up, and up, and up, and up inside of her so that when she does speak, she's snappy and arrogent.
History: She grew up with a bad family, who raised her bad and who shaped her bad attitude. Not to mention they were alcohol addicts, which only made it worse.
