Well this is my first time raising chicks and they are about 8 weeks old now and getting so big so fast. I have 6 Americaunas and 6 Cornish Rocks. My neighbor gave me 2 but I'm not sure what they are. Is there any way to really know? We're getting ready to move all of them out to their new home in the coop.

My avatar is one of my chicks. I wish I could remember which one she is. She was so curious when I put the camera in there:)

Holy moly you lasted 8 weeks! I moved mine at less than 5, we were starting to have the Barn Smell in our house, haha.

We have a dozen different breeds of chickens and we love them all!

OH:) well if I had them in my house then yes they probably would've been out a long time ago but they're in my very large garage so we're just now starting to smell them. It was freezing at night so I think it was just too cold to move them any sooner.
