Looks like it. If it's a hen and a EE it will lay greenish blue eggs once it matures.

Momma to 1 month old Buff Orpington, 2 Barred Rocks, 1 Barred Rock/RIR cross, 1 Rhode Island Red, 1 incredible dog, 4 fish, 1 parakeet, 1 lamb, and also take care of another two lambs. (:

It definitely looks like an EE. It MAY lay green or blue eggs, but it might lay brown or pink eggs. Easter eggers can lay almost any color of eggs
