Shipping cost in TX from Ideal

Okay, so I'm thinking about ordering a few chicks from Ideal, bit I can't find much information on shipping costs. I live in Texas, and I found the website says no "air parcel post charge" Does that mean shipping is free? Can anyone living in TX that has ordered from Ideal explain this to me. I'm confused. @.@

My sweet puppy, Maggie (1yo), 3 adorable baby pet rats, Darby, Lilah, and Faye, 3 cats, 2 bunnies, a goldfish named Ghoti (pronounced "Fish"), 1 Khaki Campbell duckling, 1 Magpie duckling, and lots and lots of chickens!

Might just want to call Ideal and find out first hand. Shipping on live animals isn't cheap.

I'm not an expert,"ex" is a has been and a "spurt" is a drip under pressure!
