Call Duck nesting question-updated

My call duck hen is laying and setting on eggs under a stump in the run every day. She comes in every night for food, water and sleep, but immediately gets back on the nest in the morning once the door is open. Would you call her officially incubating (and still leave the nest at night) or is she still growing your clutch? I don't remember seeing this before but it has been many years since I have had ducks and my chickens don't do this.

Thank you Aves

If she's willingly coming in for the night then she's still building her nest. After she's layed "enough" eggs (in her mind because it does vary) she'll refuse to get off the nest for much more than food and water.
