Hayo people !
I've been visiting the zoo a few months ago when I took these shots, and I wondered...This white peafowl always looked like it had some cream colour to it's feathers, so, I assumed it was maybe just dirt, or something like that. But even months later, it still looked the same.
And I saw white peachicks of around the same age that weren't coloured like it is.
Additionnally, I recall hearing that fowl calling like a male, but maybe I didn't see right and so...is it male or female ?
Here a few pics :

Forgive me if the answers are supposed to be obvious, I'm just so curious about these birds, that even a bird covered in dust (if that's the case here) makes me wonder why it looks like that.
Thanks in advance for all your answers ! ~

. Spurs visible in the second photo would make me say its a male. Is the soil around the zoo reddish in colour? Looking at your last photo, the head colouring looks natural, and not dirt, especially since its throughout the bird. Maybe check up on the bird over the course of the year, and show us photos of its train. It would be interesting to see what the eye feathers look like.
