Outside for the very first time! Pictures galore!

Today is the day.. my grandparents have graciously allowed me to keep them in their sunroom for the past 31 days..and now they want them out.

So my babies had to go outside permanently today.

Well, I put them outside and we were in the house cleaning up the litter and poop and food and feathers and everything when suddenly... BOOOM!

And rain just started pouring out of nowhere. I was like oh noooo!!!!! I ran outside and ran down the yard to their pen.. the little dummies were huddled together next to a corner of the coop.

Even though the coop door was open so they could go in and out, they chose to stand outside the door and get drenched. So I grabbed them all up and took them into the coop. there's no electricity out there so I am really worried they won't be warm enough without their heat lamp. But I haven't turned on their heatlamp in days now..

But my grandparents have already destroyed the brooder box and so they're gonna be living outside now.

Here are some pictures!!!!!

They are cute. They will be just fine outside. They will huddle up and sleep together. My chicks are 7 weeks old they lay down next to each other during the day with it in mid 80's. When they take 1 of their breaks from foraging and playing.
I've got Bielefelders, Rhodebars, Cream Legbars, Black Sex Links, Buff Orpingtons, and a lone I Don't Know (packing peanut from greenfire).
