Barred Rock Roo or Pullet?

I have some (I think) 6 week old Barred Rock pullets - however one is starting to look more like a rooster to me ..... It's quite a bit smaller than the other 2 which is the only reason I'm in such denial. The bird in question is on the right in the first picture and in the middle in the others. Any thoughts? You have a rooster amongst your group, the lighter one as you know is a boy. He's beautiful. I'm sorry if you were hoping to have 3 girls. sad.png

Looks exactly like the rooster across the street from me.

Thanks for your input, and unfortunately I was hoping for 3 hens as I'm in the city and roosters aren't legal sad.png.

 

Is it unanimous then?

Yep a rooster 100%! Good luck, maybe you could find him a good home.

3 cats, 2 dogs, 15 fish, 1 frog and 28 hens, 3 roosters, 22 chicks and 2 Nubian goats, 1 nubian/oberhasli Buck, 1 Saanen Wether and 2 of the cutest little kiddlings.

I had barred rock chicks last spring.  The hens are darker colored and the roosters are lighter. I had one of each and yours are identical to my hen & roo.....

Yep, no doubt about 2 girls and a boy.
I've got Bielefelders, Rhodebars, Cream Legbars, Black Sex Links, Buff Orpingtons, and a lone I Don't Know (packing peanut from greenfire).
