Sex my chicks

I have 5 americana checks one of the has almost no wing feathers and thne othr 4 do dose that mean its most likly a rooster I heard that roost feather slower the females

If they were all hatched within the same day. A chick that hatches a couple days sooner, the feathers will appear before the younger chick. Also, it's the tail feathers you gotta watch. Hens will usually grow tail feathers quite a bit sooner than the roosters. Usually.

I live with my partner and our daughter in the foothills of NC. We LOVE our critters!

Ok ya it has no tail feathers and I have 5 red pullets to and the all hacve tail feathers just the on doenst have them
