I just recently decided to raise chickens, sell a few eggs, and when I called my city hall of Durand (tiny town in shiawasee county which is a huge farming community) I was suprised to hear they were not allowed due to city ordinances. So I looked online and found this site, and I am going to our town meeting monday march 5th with all of this information, and hopefully all will go well. I am thankful to all of you who have gone before!
