Good idea... mine is heavy, but I'm not building it to be moved. It will be set up in the run area near my other coop. I was able to use some items that I had laying around the farm and some roofing shingles that I picked up for free on Craig's list. Eventually, it will house my ducks, but in the meantime it will house my new chickens. They aren't quite old enough to go into the main coop with the big girls, but they are old enough to get out of my basement. I figure I can divide my run into two parts and let them get to know one another through the fence.
