My mother, Lady Marion, has been her for 5 years, yet she doesn't have a '5 years' award. How come? hu.gif

She won't hit the 5 year mark until October, Symphony.

Ok, I get it. But what about the 4 year one?

We'll look into it, but usually our system checks for activity levels and how long someone has been a member.  If they haven't been active it won't give out the award.
