Help poorly chicken

Hi can anyone please help, I've only had chickens for around a year so very new to the whole chicken thing.
As it goes I have one that is constantly clucking, very unsteady on her feet and walking around in circles, as the day has gone on her tail has drooped further down. She has been like this for a couple of days now and don't know what is wrong with.

Has she laid any eggs since this started. If not she may be egg bound

She only recently started laying and it's only Been a couple so not regular at all in last 2 days we have had none from her.

Ive never had 1 just read about it. I suggest going to the library & doing some research. As I recall it took placing the bird in warm water to help. Do your homework. That's how I learned

Yeah she been in a bath of warm water for a least 20 mins not sure how long it takes to work if she is bound.

hi an update, chicken still poorly thought she was egg bound, bathed her etc and had an egg around 6.15pm last night. thought there was an improvement as not clucking as much, infact she not clucking at all.

shes just laying  there in her box, not eating or drinking. does any one have any more ideas as what could be wrong? her comb is of normal colour and weve had around 2 poos since yesterday, not too watery and of a dark green / bbrown in colour.
