Hi I have been letting my 2 small chicks free range. One is a 5 week old silkie and the other is a 10 week old Aracauna. Today, As I got home I went back to check on my chicks. As I got near ,the silkie cried out and I ran over just as a stray cat ran away. I thought it got my chick but Thank God it didn't! Anyone know how to help? I'm trying to think of a way to get rid of them without making a closed run

wait until they get bigger or trap and dispose of the cat.

The difference between pets and pests is only on which side of the fence they're standing... keep your animals in your own property.

Secure run for chicks.Never leave them alone when outside.Catch and relocate the cat.
