Buff Orp and Welsummer-pullets or cockerels?

I'm very new to chickens. This is our Welsummer chick. Do you think it's a pullet?









and then this is one of our Buff Orpingtons, this one looks different from our other 2, so I figured this was either a pullet or cockerel and the other 2 were the opposite. Haha!



 
Yay! Thank you everyone! I am so excited! I am pretty sure I have 3 hens and 1 roo. I have a Marans that I am unsure of, going to post pics of that one in the next few days. I can't have Roo's here so I'm happy to have the majority of hens.
 
I know this is an old post but, did your Welsummer turn out to be a hen? I ask because I have one that has a pure salmon chest and another that looks just like yours salmon with little flecks of black/grey.
