How long does it take to start laying again

I have an EE and a couple of seramas that are molting and haven't laid an egg in almost two weeks.  They are molting now and I'm curious,.  How long will it take for them to start laying again.  They're looking a lot like dinner right now.

Molts take between a few weeks and a few months - it's different for every chicken! Hopefully you should have them bak on line soon. hugs.gif Sometimes the chicken can be out for the whole of winter, and starts laying again when spring arrives.

Thank you.  My serama laid an egg today.  It's like making a hair appointment and the day you go it looks better than it has in a few months. lol  Still waiting for ee.
