bad chicks

So I have a play pin for chicks out side I took long time make sure nothing bad in it. They come out and under 1 min they find piece of string

My city farm:

4 Chickens 1 Buff Orpington Cheerio Rose, 2 Exchequer Leg Horn Lilly & Phoenix and 1 Amber star mix Little Bit.

3 rats Summer, Winter and Spring

3 Dogs: Lab Honey bear, Samoyed Duke, Pit mix Candii

3 cats: Snickers, Kit Kat, Zelda

1 desert turtle Harry

And a whole lot of fish in the fish tank

They probably thought it was a worm.. just like when you think you child proof a floor you look all over and vacume  and yet put a ten month baby down I guarentee it will find something you missed !

I have about 20 Mature Hens and Roosters Different Breeds (RIR's, EE's, OEGB, Buff Orp.'s)  and approximately 60 Chicks different ages and a large variety adding more constantly (Jersey Giants, Black Australorp, White leghorn, Buff Orps.'s RIR and mixed bred), Three Dogs One Pure Bread Doxie two mixed Breeds, 4 Ducks (2 white Peking, One Muscovy, One mixed breed)2 baby Mallard chicks , 2...

so i typed this on my kendell fire major pain so what i was saying these little ***** are just like 2 year old kids. I spent a good 20 min cleaning up where there out side play pin is so there was nothing bad they could get a hold of and be able to play safe. i put them in and not even a min goes by and they have these plastic screen running around with it . where they got it i dont know they i had to chase them around to try and get it from them so no one chokes or gets pluged up by it. then they keep going after the dog there heads fit through the bars and keep plucking at teh dogs eyes and feet  thank god Candi dog thinks she just has new puppys to take care of.

Yep I thought I got the main Idea lol ! Just like having human babies .. We almost have to think of every possibility and then they will still see something to get in trouble with !

i had them out again tonight while working on the coop and a bee flew in there play area and all 4 went after it so i ran over and gathered them up put them back inside i dont know what a bee sting will do to them at this age 2 & 3 week old

That is too much! I have mine in a very large box. I never even notice the little round holes in the sides....but Oh boy they did...I went in there and one had her head through it!
