Well feathered, not much colour or size in the combs, I'd say more likely girls. But I don't know the breed at all, apologies if this proves wrong!

I should have mentioned that they are both 4 weeks old. When does that wing coloring usually come in?

EE roos will usually start getting red or yellow patches on the their wings about week 6, but their combs will probably be bigger before that. For instance, this is one of my roos at 6 weeks, he is just starting to get some red patches on his wings but look at his comb.

An update- here they are at 9 weeks. still looking pullet-y?
Both look like pullets, the dark one is beautiful. The brown is for sure pullet with that color, I have 7 that look just like that with different color beards
