sexxing ducklings ? HELP!

I'm sure this has been asked on here a thousand times but how do you sex duckling got my first ducks n a trade today 32 of them was told breeds are pekin,black swede, blue swede,campbell, and white runner ... any info on these birds would be wonderful know nothing about ducks .. raise alot of chickens and quail is there anything different i need to know about raiseing ducks any info would be greatly apreciated                       thanks everyone....

said something about doing it when day old duck but mines about 1 week or thats what i was told. thank you...

You can still try it for a one week old - just be gentle.

I just figured out how to vent sex ducklings, and I have been trying for a year now! You will know the difference once you see it! The males will have a pee-pee. Females won't, once you see the pee-pee, you will be a champ at it!

The way I do it, is hold the duckling upside down, tail in the air, pulled back slightly. Legs curled up, then kinda try to expose the vent a bit. the trick is doing it slow, and gentle. Don't want to harm the duckling!

A small flock of ducks (3 welsh harlequins and a rouen) a pair of american geese, a lovely anatiolian shepherd, and 10 ducklings ariving on march 18th!!!!!!

seen that  but i think my duckies might be too old and i'm scared i hurt them lol I tried three of them and they all looked the same like females so i figured one they were too old or two i was doing it wrong

I totally missed the window to vent sex mine. They are 3 weeks old now- and I am waiting for quacks/whacks and drake tails to clue me in. I'm trying to be patient. Mine are too big and wiggly for me to even attempt it- good luck!

hope they give me some kind of sign lol I'll probably have to wait till they start breeding . hope by that age it will not be hard to get read of ones i don't want .. :-) i don't need 32 ducks lol
