Help! First time hatch with my students and we are having quitters.

Its about a week before hatching, and we have had another egg die.  It was developing just fine yesterday and dead today.  We've lost about 4 eggs doing this.  Am I doing something wrong?  Temp is always between 98 and 100, humidity is always fine.  I only touch the eggs with a rubber glove to not get hand oil and dirt on them.  Should I be concerned?

Let us know if these were eggs you picked up or shipped eggs, also was the incubator clean and/or sterile, and how old were the eggs before setting (if you know).

Is this still air or forced air and are you incubating lots more eggs then normal, that changes the conditions in the incubator.

I got the eggs from a local farmer who's raised them for many years, they brought them to me the day of or day after they were laid.  The incubator is brand new this year.  The incubator has a fan in it that's moving the air inside.

I thought that is too cool for forced air, you may want to check here somewhere, I wish I could help but I gotta run.
