I decided a few months back to get some chickens.

I got 4 this past weekend. 2 leghorns and 2 Ameraucanas. They are super cute. One of the leghorns is super fresh ;)

I named them but we'll see if it sticks. Baby is the solid white leghorn, Freshy is the leghorn with the spots on her back, Sweetie is the Ameraucana with the yellow on the sides of her head and then there is Red ;)

 

I keep an eye on them every day from work using a little camera I set up. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/my-chicks

 

Anyway, I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions when they start growing! I am reading every day to find out more and more information.

Always calibrate your hygrometer before you incubate!!
