Is My Black Sex-Link Male or Female?

I originally believed it to be female but i'm starting to have second thoughts, what do you think?

Definitely a pullet, cockerels are barred.

Breeding Welsummers and Barnevelders.

 

Having an Icelandic in the coop is like having a 2 year old in the house - they are into everything and don't follow the rules.

I am so peeved right now. My black sex link had no spot on it's head at all and now it has barring! I feel like I was robbed! The whole point of sex linking is to avoid this! *SIIIIGH*

yes, agree with all - you have a pullet - she is going to be gorgeous - love the markings.

That would tick me off too.. Never had that happen.. All barred babies have dots on their heads hmm.png

ya but it was supposed to be a sex link (which it is) it was just missing the spot that would signify a male sex link
