Maine girl looking for advice...

My little Bantam hen(s) as seen in my picture has laid 6 eggs, two hatched today but, I am not sure what to do if the others dont hatch or how long to wait for them to hatch. I have had chickens now for almost 3 years, these Bantams have a silly story, they were given to me by a local who runs the dump in my town! He called me up and asked if I was interested in chickens and I said sure why not? We had 2 roosters and 3 hens now we just have the 1 rooster and 3 hens, along with other breeds and types of chickens but the Bantams are my loves, thus the worry about the babies! PLEASE GIVE ADVICE!

first, Is your hen sitting on these eggs or are they in an incubator ?

I would wait a few days.

If the mother hen is sitting on them, she will usually know if the chicks in the eggs are alive. She may not want to leave the nest.

Deuteronomy 32:11
He is like an eagle that stirs up its nest. It hovers over it little ones. It spreads out it wings to catch them on its feathers.

she is laying on them, I really didnt know if they were going to hatch at all but I would check on her every few days and the same 6 eggs were always there so I figured she knew what she was doing. She had laid 7 but kicked one out at the begining. I know she has had chicks before so I am just letting her do her thing.

Daria: Could you possibly be referring to the harsh light of reality?
