They have a 12x16 coop with straw litter, they also have an enclosed run and I let her out to free range on Sunday. What other types of info are you needing?

You have a couple options to deal with health issues.  Prevention and treatment.  Treatment is the antibiotic route you are already pursuing. Prevention can involve further diversification of diet such as addition of greens.  You are already doing a good job of providing a varied diet but greens may help.  Conditoins look pretty clean so dust should not be a problem.

What antibiotics should I start her on?

Forgot to add that I do give them hydrated alfalfa cubes but I haven't given them any in a few days. In the summer they get the grass clipping from our virgin (chemical free) lawn and in the winter I supplement with the alfalfa.

BTW...we have had horrible wind here the last few days with severe dust storms due to all the farmers trying to get planted. Could this have caused something?

Possibly.

I tend to avoid use of antibiotics and their effectiveness varies.  Do a search on antibiotics.  Many others much more on game with their use.
